White Hopton House is a beautiful, 17th century, detached, black and white timber-framed country house, situated next to the owner?s barn conversion home and stables, just 1.3 miles from the rural village of Sarn and can sleep 12 people. This cottage is set over three floors and has a super king-size double bedroom with dressing room and an en-suite bathroom, a king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a king-size double bedroom with dressing room and a super king-size double bedroom. All of these bedrooms benefit from having a TV, DVD player and Sky multi-room. There are also two second floor twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC a kitchen with breakfast area (seats 8), a utility, a boot room, a dining room, a sitting room (seats 9) with stone inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and a large sun lounge (seats 10) with French doors. Outside there is off road parking for six cars, lockable bike storage, a large front lawn with fenced pond and a large rear lawn with large patio with furniture, a covered sitting area, a barbecue, a private outdoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna (5 people) and a separate changing room with juke box, music system, shower and WC. White Hopton House is a wonderful base for your holiday.

Britannia electric range with double oven and 6-ring hob, microwave, 2 x fridges, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 6 x TVs (one 50") with Sky Multiroom, DVDs, WiFi, selection of books, games and CDs. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own pool towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 6 cars. Lockable bike storage. Large front lawn with fenced pond. Large rear lawn with patio and furniture, covered sitting area, BBQ, private outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna and changing room. Hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 6 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Children to be supervised in pool and sauna. Note: There is modern stabling for 4 horses, paddocks and riding trails, for more details contact owner directly. Note: The front lawn with fenced pond has peacocks and geese, children to be supervised. Note: Private outdoor pool is 40' x 20' and 3' to 6' deep, is open all year round and is heated to 86 degrees. |
